Mother's Day Morning

My day began with:
-crepes (Ev's contribution)
-An ice cream Sunday w raspberries (JE's contribution) and
-the feeling of a full night's sleep (selfless Carv's contribution).

Ev presented me with a scallop-bordered and ribboned menu (hasn't fallen far from the tree - I know), some poetry, an original song 'mom is not for sale' complete with a crescendo on the final 'seeeEEEELL' as the e's get bigger, and a convenient pouch to hold the two things I lose most often, keys and phone.
What a morning... Happy to mother these loves.

A spectacular picnic presented by dads featuring salmon that was swimming the day before, a touching (well at least wigged) musical selection of Willy Nelson's 'it's mother's day', a dozen personalized carmel apple pies, and glass bottled orange Fanta. A finale of the best mother's day on record.
